Customer Service: After the Visit #1

Clean up after the visit. Remove debris, dust, and spills, and leave the area as clean—or cleaner—than you found it. Wipe down surfaces, especially under sinks or around disposals. If you move items, return them neatly and respectfully. The goal is to make it look like you were never there—just the problem is fixed.

After the visit, the first thing you're gonna do is clean up. You're gonna remove debris, dust, and water spills, and you're gonna leave the area as clean or cleaner than you found it. Carry around a bottle with diluted bleach or some type of cleaner that you can clean up after yourself. If you're doing work on a disposal, you are replacing a P trap.

You're doing something. There's always that little bit of debris that falls in the cabinet. Make sure you clean that up. Make sure you leave it cleaner as clean or cleaner than the way you found it. If you have to remove all their stuff from under the sink, put it back in a respectful way. Okay. Me, when I would ever clean stuff out, I would try to put it back in a better way.

That made more sense. That's just me, rather than just throwing it all back in there. Okay, but you do you. But we're going to clean up after ourselves. We're gonna make it seem like we were never there. Okay.
