Demetrius Rodriguez brings 20+ years of multifamily experience, including five as a National Facilities Manager, before founding Subaquatic Pool Repair. A former Navy Seabee, his leadership and technical skills earned him Bozzuto’s Service Manager of the Year award. Demetrius holds multiple certifications, including CAMT, CPO, Universal 608, and NAUI Scuba Diver. Seeing a need in the industry, he launched Subaquatic Pool Repair to reduce water waste and downtime by using certified divers to perform underwater repairs—like VGB drain cover replacements, leak detection, and spalling repair—without draining the pool.
