Christopher Marquez

Chris Marquez is a maintenance leader and mentor with nearly a decade of experience in the multifamily housing industry. As Service Director with Zocalo Community Development, he oversees maintenance operations, renovations, capital projects, vendor relationships, and team development.

Holding Universal EPA, CPO, and FAS certifications, Chris believes the most valuable lessons come from hands-on experience, mentorship, and continuous learning.

His greatest passion is developing the next generation of maintenance professionals. He takes pride in helping technicians build confidence, sharpen their skills, and grow into leadership roles.

A proud father and dedicated educator, Chris believes knowledge is meant to be shared. His philosophy is simple: "Learn it. Teach it. Pass it on."
